The "Maple Tine" collection is probably the most recognized design from XIV Creations Studio, and with good reason too. It is quite literally the piece that started the idea of taking my art to the next level. Every "Maple Tine" is crafted from a very fine piece of antique Sterling Silver flat ware. The tines are gently sculpted into very fluid spirals, and either one or two hand pierced copper maple leaves are put into place with handmade brass rivets. Not every piece in this collection has copper leaves, some of them have a maple leaf actually pierced, or cut, directly into the silver.
